Ateliér Etiquette
We believe great experiences come from clear expectations and mutual respect. These policies help us create space for that to nurture a calm, relaxed, stress-free appointment––every time.
Cancellations:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellations, or rescheduling reservations. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice a 50% non-refundable booking fee may be required to book future reservations. The booking fee is applied towards the balance of the scheduled services.*
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled reservation and did not attempt to contact or reschedule in advance a 100% non-refundable booking fee may be required to book future reservations. The booking fee is applied towards the balance of the scheduled services.*
Late Policy:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service provider may not be able to accommodate your full service. We reserve the right to adjust or modify your services as needed to stay on schedule for following appointments.
Adjustments + Satisfaction:
At Ateliér Beauty, ensuring you love your hair, skin, lashes, and overall experience is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your service after your visit, please contact us within 7 days from the date of service to schedule an adjustment with your service provider or another. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for services or hair extensions. Additionally, items such as Nutrafol, hair/hot tools, brushes, clips, combs, and hair accessories are final sale. Products can be exchanged or credited to your account within 30 days of purchase with minimal use, except in cases where refunds are necessary due to backorders.
Discontinuation of Services:
At Ateliér Beauty, we reserve the right to refuse services or terminate relationships if deemed necessary. We do not tolerate excessive rudeness, verbal abuse, profanity, or non-compliance with salon policies, which may result in immediate termination of services.
Children:
Due to the relaxing nature of the Ateliér Beauty experience, we respectfully request children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.
*Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless 48 hours notice is provided for reservation changes or cancellations.
*Booking fees are solely based on the scheduled services. Please note prices may vary if the services are adjusted after the initial consultation when agreed upon by the service provider and guest.
