Ateliér Academy
Our licensed associates journey through Ateliér Academy, an immersive continued education program designed to refine their skills and deepen their confidence behind the chair. As they progress, they gradually build days on the floor under guided mentorship, gaining hands-on experience while upholding the elevated standards our guests expect. It’s our commitment to nurturing growth, artistry, and a lifelong love of learning.

The Application + Onboarding Process
Your Path to Ateliér Starts Here
1. Apply Online
Submit your application through our website or hiring link. Include your résumé, social media (if applicable), and a short note about why you're interested.
2. Interview & Salon Visit
If it’s a potential fit, we’ll invite you into the salon for an in-person interview and brief shadow. This helps us get to know your goals while giving you a feel for our team and daily flow. Depending on the role, you may be invited back for an additional shadow if needed.
3. Offer & Paperwork
If all signs point to yes, we’ll make you an offer. We’ll review expectations, compensation, and growth opportunities before finalizing onboarding paperwork.
4. Onboarding & Training
Your first few weeks are all about setting you up for success. Whether you're joining as an associate, stylist or receptionist, you'll receive structured onboarding and hands-on training to ensure you feel confident and supported.
