Why this Career? I entered the industry looking for more flexibility and creativity—two things I was craving in my previous work.

• I’ve always had a natural instinct to care for people, so helping guests recharge and reconnect with themselves felt like a perfect fit.
• Over time, I transitioned away from the chair and discovered a love for marketing and operations.
• Now I get to blend creativity, connection, and strategy—everything I love—in one place.

Specialties: I specialize in the things most people don’t always see—but 100% feel. From daily operations and systems to scheduling, guest flow, and marketing, I focus on creating a smooth, elevated experience for both the team and our clients.  It’s a mix of structure and creativity. I love building out systems that keep everything running efficiently, but I also get excited about branding, events, and anything that helps bring the salon’s personality to life.  Supporting the team behind the scenes is where I thrive—making sure everything works together so they can focus on what they do best. That kind of foundation doesn’t just happen—it’s built with intention, and that’s what I love most about my role.

How you’ll feel after being in my chair: If a guest leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and like we just get it, then I’ve done my part. My goal is always to create a space where both the team and clients feel supported, seen, and totally at ease.
