What facial should I book if it’s my first time?
We recommend a 45 or 60 Minute Custom Facial, The Works Custom Facial or a Deluxe Hydrafacial. Both include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, hydration, and relaxation.
How often should I get a facial or peel?
Every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. For corrective treatments like peels, a series is often best.
What’s the benefit of a package?

Can I book online?

What’s the difference between a traditional facial and a targeted facial?

What’s the difference between a traditional facial and an advanced treatment?
Traditional facials provide hydration, maintenance and relaxation. Advanced treatments use high-performance ingredients (like glycolic or enzymes) to target specific issues like acne, aging, or pigmentation.
What’s the difference between a glycolic peel and a chemical peel?
- Glycolic Peel: uses glycolic acid for gentle resurfacing and brightness.
- Chemical Peel: a broader category that can include glycolic, lactic, salicylic, or TCA for stronger correction.
Will my skin be red or sensitive after treatment?
Every skin type reacts differently, but most guests experience only mild pinkness or redness for a few hours after their treatment. There’s usually little to no downtime. With certain peels, some light flaking may occur in the days following as your skin renews.
Can I wear makeup after my facial or peel?
We recommend staying makeup-free for the rest of the day to maximize results.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face if possible. Avoid tanning, waxing, or strong exfoliants (like retinol) 3–5 days before.
Can I get a facial if I’m pregnant or nursing?
We recommend consulting with your doctor first.
Why do I need a peel package?
Peels work best in a series—each session builds on the last. Packages also include post-care kits and discounted pricing.
How often can I get a peel?
Typically every 2–4 weeks, depending on skin type and goals.
What’s the difference between Signature, Deluxe, and Platinum Hydrafacials?
- Signature: a quick refresh with cleanse, extract, and hydrate.
- Deluxe: adds LED therapy and booster serums.
- Platinum: the ultimate, with lymphatic drainage, advanced hydration, and LED therapy.
Are Hydrafacials safe for all skin types?
Yes—even sensitive skin.
How often should I get a Hydrafacial?
Every 4–6 weeks for ongoing results, or 2 weeks before a special event.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with a clean face if possible. Avoid tanning, waxing, or active skincare (like retinol or exfoliants) 3–5 days before unless directed otherwise.
How long will my appointment take?
Most facials are 45–90 minutes. Peels and advanced treatments range from 30–60 minutes.
Can I buy products to maintain my results at home?
Yes! We carry Jan Marini, Glymed+, Face Reality, and more. Your esthetician will recommend the best regimen for your skin.
Do you offer loyalty rewards?
Yes! Every dollar you spend on services or retail earns points that can be redeemed for future services or products.
Do you offer financing for larger services/packages?
Yes! Through Cherry Financing, you can split payments on services like extensions.
Can I bring someone with me?
To ensure a relaxing experience for all guests, we ask that only those receiving services remain in the spa.
Do you accept gratuity on credit cards?
Yes. Tips are welcome via card, cash, or Venmo. Please note gratuities cannot be applied to gift cards.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in-salon and online, and can be used for any service or retail purchase.
Ateliér Etiquette
We believe great experiences come from clear expectations and mutual respect. These policies help us create space for that to nurture a calm, relaxed, stress-free appointment––every time.
Cancellations:
Please provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellations, or rescheduling reservations. For cancellations with less than 48 hours notice a 50% non-refundable booking fee may be required to book future reservations. The booking fee is applied towards the balance of the scheduled services.*
No-Shows:
If you do not attend your scheduled reservation and did not attempt to contact or reschedule in advance a 100% non-refundable booking fee may be required to book future reservations. The booking fee is applied towards the balance of the scheduled services.*
Late Policy:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service provider may not be able to accommodate your full service. We reserve the right to adjust or modify your services as needed to stay on schedule for following appointments.
Adjustments + Satisfaction:
At Ateliér Beauty, ensuring you love your hair, skin, lashes, and overall experience is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your service after your visit, please contact us within 7 days from the date of service to schedule an adjustment with your service provider or another. Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to determine eligibility.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for services or hair extensions. Additionally, items such as Nutrafol, hair/hot tools, brushes, clips, combs, and hair accessories are final sale. Products can be exchanged or credited to your account within 30 days of purchase with minimal use, except in cases where refunds are necessary due to backorders.
Discontinuation of Services:
At Ateliér Beauty, we reserve the right to refuse services or terminate relationships if deemed necessary. We do not tolerate excessive rudeness, verbal abuse, profanity, or non-compliance with salon policies, which may result in immediate termination of services.
Children:
Due to the relaxing nature of the Ateliér Beauty experience, we respectfully request children be brought to the salon only when the child is receiving a service.
*Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless 48 hours notice is provided for reservation changes or cancellations.
