- Memberships are billed automatically each month to the payment method on file.
- Memberships continue month-to-month until canceled through the salon.
- Membership services are designed for consistent monthly care and must be used within the monthly billing cycle.
- Services do not roll over to future months.
- A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
- Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of that month’s membership service.
- Color memberships include root maintenance services only.
- Color services may incur additional product usage charges based on usage.
- An environmental or sustainability fee may apply to services.
- Retail discounts apply to professional haircare and skincare products only and exclude extensions and promotional bundles.
- Some memberships are limited to specific stylist or provider levels.

How does membership billing work?
Memberships are billed automatically each month to the card on file. Your membership continues month-to-month until you request cancellation through the salon.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. Memberships can be canceled at any time by contacting the salon directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Do services roll over if I don’t use them?
No. Membership services must be used within the monthly billing cycle and do not roll over to future months.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
If an appointment is canceled within 48 hours or missed, the membership service for that billing cycle may be considered redeemed.
Do memberships include discounts on products?
Yes. Members receive 10% off professional haircare and skincare products. Retail discounts do not apply to hair extensions, promotional bundles, or discounted items.
Are additional upgrades available during my service?
Yes. Many services offer additional upgrades or enhancements which may be added during your appointment for an additional charge.
What services are not included in the color membership?
Color memberships are designed for root maintenance only. Blonding services, balayage, highlights, full color transformations, and corrective color services are not included.
Why might my color service have a product charge?
Yes! Gift cards are available in-salon and online, and can be used for any service or retail purchase.
Do memberships include a welcome gift?
Yes. All memberships include a welcome gift when you enroll. Welcome gifts are limited to one per membership enrollment.
Can I pause my membership?
Membership pauses may be available in certain circumstances. Please contact the salon directly to discuss available options.
